sophisticated town of Los Alcazares 5 minutes drive from Murcia
airport. This newly built Villa is constructed to the highest

throughout. It can comfortably sleep up to six people. It has
ample terraces, large roof solarium and private parking within
the garden area. The villa is spread over three floors.
Ground Floor. Spacious living room/
dining area, superbly furnished and including T.V. and DVD
player. Fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, hob, cooker,
washing machine, microwave, electrical kettle, toaster, iron
etc. Bathroom with shower and large under stairs storage area.
Second Floor Master bedroom with
large double bed, fitted wardrobes and dressing table. Twin
bedroom also with fitted wardrobes. Both bedrooms have access to
a sun terrace furnished with lounging chairs. There is another
full bathroom on this floor.
Third Floor roof terrace/ solarium
furnished with sun lounging/garden table and chairs. The
standard of furnishing throughout is superb and it is supplied
with high quality bed linen and towels. There is also a fully
inflatable bed so the villa can accommodate six people
comfortably. Outdoors large terrace with table and chairs,
fully tiled with BBQ and private car parking, private
residential swimming pool (50 yards from villa door).
The town of Los
Alcazares is well connected to the recently
upgraded Spanish motorway network and there are regular flights
to and from many European cities to Murcia/San Javier
International Airport which is only five minutes drive
away. Alicante airport offers even more flights and is only 50
minutes away. The historic city of Murcia the regions
administrative centre is 30km away. With its many museums,
churches and Heritage build it is well worth a visit It has all
the amenities of a large city such as boutiques, large
department stores, numerous restaurants, bars and night clubs.
15km to the southwest lies Cartagena, a delightful Roman
port city which has recently been revitalized.
Throughout the year
Los Alcazares host numerous events and festivals where
locals display there folklore, handcrafts and prepare
gastronomic feasts from their local produce. There is a local
out door market ever Tuesday and Saturday.
The area
of Los Alcazares is low rise and is not highly
commercialised. Within this attractive and tranquil environment
exists some of the most wonderful leisure and sporting
facilities in all of Spain. 3 world class golf courses, one of
the best equipped tennis centres in Europe ( La Manga), numerous
blue fag beaches and marvellous water sports for your holiday
enjoyment close at hand. Here is this unspoiled corner of
southern Spain sheltered by the Murcian hills and fringed by the
