Booking
A
reservation deposit of £100.00 will be required
to secure your booking. Final payment together
with a security deposit of £100.00 is payable
six weeks in advance of arrival. Security
deposit will be refunded within two weeks of
your departure as soon as our managing agent
confirms that the apartment has been left
undamaged.
Changeover day
Saturday
to Saturday preferably, arrival after 3p.m,
departure by 12 p.m to allow for the apartment
to be cleaned and serviced.
Notes on prices
Please Note
A
deposit of £100 is required on booking with the remainder
payable six weeks before you arrive for your holiday. A
£100 security deposit is also required at this time. This
security deposit is refunded on condition that no damage is
done to the Villa, it will be checked by the management
company when you leave. Price is fully inclusive of linen
and towels excluding beach towels, air conditioning,
electricity, and cleaning. Should you require two
properties i.e. two family’s travelling together please call
as this can be arranged subject to availability.
